Day 1 - LAX / TAHITI - July 7th

International arrival - flight on Air Tahiti. (TN 7 departs at 4.10pm)

Welcome with flower leis and private transfer from international airport to hotel.

Day 2 - TAHITI - July 8th

Breakfast at hotel 2010+solar+eclipse+tour

Morning at leisure

Lunch at your hotel

Day 3 - TAHITI - July 9th

Breakfast at hotel 2010 solar eclipse travel
Full-day tour - Circle Island tour including lunch This tour will take you first to the Tahiti and her Islands Museum, then to the Marae Arahurahu before heading to the Botanical Garden. Continuing on towards and along the east coast you will then stop at the waterfalls before your awaiting stop at Venus point. Your last stop will be at the Tahara'a view point. Rate includes museum & botanical garden entrance fees. Lunch on the way at the Gauguin Restaurant or similar.

DEPOSITS & BOOKING FORMS

  • Deposit of $2,250 pp is required to secure your reservation.
  • Final payment is due September 23, 2009.
  • Please send "Reservation form" and copies of travelers' passports along with your deposit.
  • We accept credit card payments. Please fill-out and fax the "Credit Card Authorization form" to 1-888-514-7070.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • For cancellations made before September 23, 2009, there will be a $2,250 per person cancellation fee.
  • For cancellations made on or after September 23, 2009 through Feb 5, 2010, there will be a $3,500 per person cancellation fee.
  • There are no refunds after February 5, 2010.

Trip cancellation, health, and accident insurance is highly recommended but not required.
