Day 1- Departure from USA/CANADA July 12, Sun
Depart from USA on one of our carriers. Complimentary meals and drinks will be served on board.
Day 2- Beijing July 13, Mon
Upon arrival at Beijing Airport, you will be met by your tour guide and transferred to your hotel. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Beijing.

Day 3 - Beijing July 14, Tue
After breakfast at your hotel, you will have a full-day city tour in the historical center of the capital visiting the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and the Temple of Heaven. Tonight enjoy a traditional Peking Roast Duck dinner. Overnight at your hotel in Beijing.

Day 4- Beijing July 15, Wed
Today is the day to see the world famous Great Wall and the Ming Tombs. Tonight enjoy the acrobatic show during your dinner. Overnight at your hotel in Beijing.

Day 5- Beijing -Xian July 16, Thu
After breakfast at your hotel, we will tour the ancient Astronomical Building, then take a Hutong Tour by Rickshaw. Transfer to airport for your flight to Xi’an. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Xi’an.

Day 6- Xian July 17, Fri
In Xian you will visit the Shaanxi Provincial Museum, a Chinese style mosque, the Terra Cotta Warriors and browse through the night market. Enjoy the famous Dumpling Banquet of Xian. In the evening enjoy the Tang Dynasty Dinner Show. Overnight at our hotel in Xian.

Day 7- Xian July 18, Sat
Today you will visit the Two Wild Goose Pagodas, the Bell Tower and the prehistoric village of Ban Po. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

Day 8- Xian -Chengdu July 19, Sun
After breakfast at our hotel, transfer to the airport for our flight to Chengdu. Upon arrival take a half day tour to Dujiangyan Irrigation System. Dinner and overnight at our hotel

Day 9 - Chengdu July 20, Mon
This morning you will visit the Giant Panda research center. Later in the afternoon visit the Sanxingdui Museum and learn about the culture that existed in the area of Chengdu between 2,800 to 800 BC. Enjoy shopping at a Silk Factory and a Tea shop. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 10- Chengdu-Leshan-Mt.Emei July 21, Tue
After breakfast we will driver for 2 hours from Chengdu to the Leshan Scenic Area where we will visit the cultural treasure of the Giant Buddha of Leshan. Then we will drive to Emei Shan, visit the Wannian Temple at the foot of the mountain. Then take the cable car to the summit of Mt. Emei. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

Day 11- Mt. Emei *** ECLIPSE DAY*** July 22, Wed
We have selected to view the eclipse from the summit of Mt. Emei, almost directly on the centerline of the eclipse path. The view from the summit is spectacular and also known as the view to the sea of clouds early in the morning between 9 and 10 am at this time of the year.

After breakfast at hotel, we will return to Chengdu. We will visit the Wuhou Temple and Dufu's Thatched Cottage in the afternoon.Tonight you can enjoy the Sichuan Opera after dinner at our hotel.

Day 13- Chengdu - Shanghai July 24, Fri
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to the airport for your flight to Shanghai. Free time in the afternoon to visit The Bund, Nanjing Road or just to hang around. Tonight we will enjoy dinner on a cruise on the Huangpo River. Overnight at your hotel in Shangai.
